The county's own record. The Board's minutes carry the court's funding through the Probation Office: on November 19, 2025 an MOU with the Alice Paul House "for distribution of grant funds for services provided by the Veteran's Treatment Court participants and are 100% grant funded"; on April 22, 2026 a grant application for the AOPC Treatment Court Discretionary Grant FY 2025-26 "for the Veteran's Treatment Court Program in the amount of $1,422.00 ... used for training for the team members", at the request of Amanda Leonard, Chief Probation Officer; and on July 8, 2026 a further AOPC grant of $7,259.00 "to support the Veterans treatment Court Program and the Drug Treatment Court Program", requested through a memorandum of understanding with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. The State's list. The Unified Judicial System's list of treatment courts (as of September 14, 2026) carries an Indiana County Veterans Court established 2019. Neither the county nor the UJS publishes the court's eligibility rules, its judge or its docket terms; a veteran facing charges asks counsel, or the Probation Office at the courthouse, about the programme.
