The Commission's service officer locator's office record lists the St. Joseph office at 525 Jules, Room 314 (third floor), St. Joseph, MO 64501, serving "Buchanan, Andrew, Platte, Holt" counties: Gary Largent and Devin McAdams ([email protected]), 816-387-2841, Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon, under supervisor David Lee.
