Hillsborough County Veterans Behavioral Health Track
The New Hampshire Judicial Branch seats its Veterans Behavioral Health Track for Hillsborough County cases at the Circuit Court District Divisions in Manchester and Nashua. Hillsborough County government itself publishes no veteran program.
Also called: veterans court, treatment docket, Veterans Behavioral Health Track, Manchester, Nashua, justice-involved veteran.
The New Hampshire Judicial Branch's treatment-court locations page lists a Veterans Behavioral Health Track for Hillsborough County at the Circuit Court District Division - Manchester and the Circuit Court District Division - Nashua. The track is a supervised behavioral-health docket for a veteran charged with an offense, entered through the court rather than applied for; a disability rating is not the test.
What the county itself does. Hillsborough County government publishes no veteran program of its own. The county's site has no veterans office, veterans cemetery, park discount, ID card or sheriff program; the only veteran content is the Community Links page, which points to the state Division of Veterans Services (dhhs.nh.gov/veterans) and VA's MakeTheConnection.net. The Board of Commissioners - Toni H. Pappas (Chair), Robert H. Rowe (Vice-Chair) and Michael P. Soucy (Clerk), Suite 120, 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, (603) 627-5602 - posts its minutes through a JavaScript module that answers nothing to an automated reader.
What could not be read. On November 23, 2025 the county "experienced a network outage that was later confirmed to be the result of a cybersecurity incident" and took affected systems offline; at the sweep the meeting-minutes module answered 404 to curl, so no board year could be checked for veteran items. On 2026-10-12, with the county recovered, the commissioners' minutes were read in full - every file of October 2025 to August 2026, 32 image scans read by OCR - and carry no veteran item; the delegation minutes still render no rows, and the county budget page is JavaScript-only. The Register of Deeds (Dennis C Hogan, 19 Temple Street, P.O. Box 370, Nashua, (603) 882-6933, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.) publishes no DD-214 line - its fee schedule prices mortgage discharges only - so no recording entry is written; the RSA 5-C and RSA 110-B:86 record rules are State entries.
