Methvin, Suite 200, Longview, weekdays 8 to 12 and 1 to 5). Its military section: "MILITARY DISCHARGE (DD214). Filing - LGC § 192.002(b) - No Charge. Certified Copy - TX Government Code § 603.003(a) - No Charge. *To obtain a copy, current photo ID is required. Only service member or their immediate family can obtain. Thank you for your service!!" The State entries carry the confidentiality rule (Government Code 552.140) and the rest. The same schedule prices the Assumed Name Certificate and Abandonment at $22.00 total for one page (recording $2.00, records management $10.00, records archive $10.00) plus $0.50 for each additional indexed name, and names no military-veteran waiver.
