Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The exclusions are the State's; see the North Carolina entries on G.S. 105-277.1 (the elderly or disabled exclusion) and G.S. 105-277.1C (the disabled veteran exclusion) for the amounts and eligibility. What the county's office adds is the route: its Tax Administration page says the department's role is "to list, appraise, assess, and collect taxes on real and personal property as governed by the North Carolina General Statutes for the City of Oxford, City of Creedmoor, Town of Butner, Town of Stovall, Town of Stem, and Granville County", and its menu carries a Property Tax Relief page among the tax resources. That page itself has no readable capture - the county site answers a Cloudflare block to every automated fetch, and the Internet Archive's crawls of the page returned 404s - so the entry rests on the office's published structure and the statute, and a veteran applies at the office the way the State's route runs.
