The 2026 expansion. On September 22, 2026 the Board of Commissioners accepted $1,995,573 from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration over five years ($395,573 in the first), with no county match, to add case management, peer support and mentoring, treatment, trauma-focused services and medication-assisted treatment, and to tie the courts more closely to treatment providers and recovery resources. What is not published. Neither the County nor the Judicial Branch posts the court's eligibility rules, discharge or VA test, or a contact.
