Garland County, ARCounty

The Veterans Memorial Committee, working with the county, is raising funds to erect a memorial to all Garland County veterans, and veterans with home and family ties to Garland County. The memorial, originally planned for Whittington Avenue, is to be built in the Hot Springs Greenway near the transportation plaza. The cost to have a veteran's name and service information on a brick is $100.00 for an individual brick. This is a memorial and fundraising program, not a benefit: nothing is paid, discounted or waived, and no eligibility is involved. It is recorded because it is the county's own veteran program.
