Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Veteran Community Navigator Program is a Denton County case management service for veterans and their families who live in the county. How it works. A community partner, or the veteran, spouse or dependent themselves, sends the county's online referral form. A Veteran Case Navigator phones within five business days. The person then meets a case manager for an assessment, goals and referrals to community resources. A referral does not guarantee that the other agency will serve the person. What to show. Documents establishing veteran status, residence in Denton County, and, for a spouse or dependent, the relationship to the veteran. No rating or discharge test is stated. Call 940-349-3597.
