What was searched. The county's site (cooscountynh.gov) was crawled from its menus because the Revize platform publishes no sitemap; 46 pages covering every board, department and program page were searched for veteran, military, DD-214 and discharge. The single veteran string on the whole site is the Coos County Nursing Hospital's Medicaid FAQ counting "veterans' benefits" among a resident's income - a benefits-income rule, not a program. What was read. Sixteen commission agendas, fourteen commission minutes, six delegation agendas and five delegation minutes from October 8, 2025 to October 14, 2026 were text-read (the March 18, 2026 minutes are a 15-page fax scan read by OCR, re-checked with a second OCR pass at 250 dpi on 2026-10-12): zero veteran items. The September 18, 2026 minutes - the meeting the September 15 date was rescheduled to, posted after the sweep - were read on 2026-10-12 and carry no veteran item either. The 2026 county appropriations, 2026 revenues, 2026 unincorporated-places appropriations and final 2025 budget name no veteran line. The county directory lists no veterans office; the jail's inmate programs, the nursing hospitals and the Sheriff's Department publish no veteran content; and no treatment-court words appear anywhere on the site or in the board records. Where a veteran turns instead. The State entries carry every benefit that applies in Coos County: the RSA 72 town-administered credits, the RSA 110-B:86 free certified records rule and the Division of Veterans Services. The state judiciary's locations table seats Coos's drug treatment court at the Coos Superior Court (55 School Street, Suite 301, Lancaster), lists its mental-health courts as "None" and leaves Coos's veterans-track cell blank. The Register of Deeds (Leon H. Rideout, 55 School Street, Suite 103, Lancaster, 603-788-2392, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) publishes no DD-214 line - its fee schedule prices only mortgage discharges and releases - so no recording entry is written.
