The Court. The Concho County Commissioners Court meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays in the District Courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse in Paint Rock, at 10 a.m. by its page (the October 13, 2026 meeting at 2 p.m.), with budget workshops and special meetings between; it sits as County Judge David Dillard and Commissioners Trey Bradshaw, Eric Gully, Chad Miller and Keith Dillard, with County and District Clerk Amber Hall as clerk of the Court. What was read. The 31 sets of regular, special, workshop and hearing minutes posted for January 13 through October 13, 2026 and the 2025 and 2024 minutes compilations (scans, OCR'd). What the year shows. On January 14, 2025 Troy Crosby, "with Veterans Services", introduced himself, spoke about the services available to veterans and handed out a printout from Tom Green County, saying he would work with the Clerk to put them on the county's website (see concho-tx-veterans-services). On September 23, 2025 the Court approved the 2026 holiday schedule, which closes county offices on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2026 (the schedule calls it a Tuesday; it is a Wednesday). On September 8, 2026, after the public meeting on the proposed budget, the Court adopted the Fiscal Year 2027 General Fund and Special Road and Bridge budget unanimously; its General County Government department carries the $2,160 "Veterans Service Cost", as the 2026 budget did. In 2026 the Court also approved detention contracts with Tom Green County (August 25, 2026); none of the 2026 minutes read names a veterans item. Earlier, on November 12, 2024, Commissioner Keith Dillard thanked everyone who came to the Veteran's Day program in Millersview the day before - 325 plates served - and called it the longest-running Veteran's Day program in the country. The courts. The Office of Court Administration's registry of October 1, 2026 lists no veterans treatment court for Concho County. It lists Concho among the counties served by two adult drug courts based in Tom Green County: the CSCD Felony Drug Court Program #24 (court 66; Judge Tommy LaFon; coordinator temporarily vacant) and the county courts at law's CCL Regional Specialty Court (court 67; Judges Ben Nolen, Andrew Graves and Lane Carter; coordinator Paul Keeton, [email protected]). Tom Green County's own veterans treatment court (court 334) serves Tom Green County only.
