The State Court Administrative Office's veterans treatment courts list (updated May 7, 2026) certifies the 29th Circuit Court's Veterans Treatment Court for Clinton County at St. Johns, phone (989) 224-5130; see the Michigan entry on veterans treatment courts. The court is funded under the county's Opioid Settlement Funds Grant Award Agreements - it is one of the five recipients whose quarterly reports the Board of Commissioners reviews (February 24, May 26 and August 31, 2026 minutes), and its court page links no veterans docket of its own. The August 31, 2026 report identified "challenges in finding additional veteran mentors for participants", which Commissioner Fickes offered to help with. The 65A District Court's own programmes are the Mid-Michigan Regional Sobriety Court and Mental Health Court, neither a veterans court.
