Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

Pennsylvania's veterans treatment courts are problem-solving courts of the judicial districts; the Pennsylvania entry explains them. The Unified Judicial System's list of treatment courts as of September 14, 2026 names a Regional Veterans Court, started in 2024, for "Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin & Perry" counties. Blair County hosts it and carries its grant money (see the Blair County entry). What Clearfield County publishes. Nothing: the county's site has no page for the regional court or any veterans docket, and its Court Administration page lists only its staff. The list gives no eligibility rules, so ask Clearfield County Court Administration (President Judge Paul E. Cherry; District Court Administrator Curtis Irwin), 814-765-2641 ext. 5010, or a defence lawyer, about a referral. The county's Veteran's Affairs Office (814-765-2641 ext. 3009) can connect a veteran with the VA's Veterans Justice Outreach specialist.
