Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The county's own page, under the District Attorney's Criminal Court resources: "The objective of the program is to identify eligible veterans who are involved with the criminal justice system and redirect them from traditional criminal justice pathways to treatment and rehabilitation systems. By connecting these individuals to Veterans Administration and/or community-based treatment services, it is the goal of the program to ensure veterans receive the resources and treatment they need as they transition back to civilian life." The page carries an "Application", a "Description of Program", the "Veteran Mentorship Program Manual" and the "Veteran Mentorship Program Brochure" ("The Veteran Mentorship Program provides mentors and support to veterans in the Treatment Track Initiative. The Mentorship Program gives an overview of what mentors and veterans can expect."). The Willowbank Office Building, 420 Holmes Street, Bellefonte, is the county's address (814-355-6700). The county's own pages publish no eligibility rules beyond the description, so a veteran or lawyer asks the District Attorney's office; the Board of Commissioners' year read names no docket change. The regional court. The Unified Judicial System's list of treatment courts as of September 14, 2026 names a Regional Veterans Court, started in 2024, serving Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin and Perry counties; Blair County hosts it (see the Blair County entry). Whether a Centre County case goes to the District Attorney's track or the regional court is not published; ask the District Attorney's office.
