Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

What was searched. The county's site was crawled from its 89-URL sitemap plus its AgendaCenter, DocumentCenter, Calendar, AlertCenter, FAQ and Directory modules; every page was searched for veteran, military, DD-214, discharge and Veterans Day, and the only hits are a court order listing 2027 state holidays ("9. Veterans Day Thursday November 11, 2027") and a fitness-equipment catalog page in the July 27, 2026 minutes. The State & Local Resources page lists no veterans organization. What was read. Thirty commissioners' meetings and three delegation meetings from October 6, 2025 to October 13, 2026 - agenda and minutes, about 65 documents, all born-digital text - were read whole: zero veteran items. The March 20, 2026 Delegation Executive Committee minutes, posted after the sweep as their own file, were read on 2026-10-12: no veteran item (the delegation URL the sweep had fetched serves the Board of Commissioners' minutes of the same date). The 2025 approved expenditure budget, the 2025 revenue and MS-232 documents and the 2026 MS-42 voted appropriations (a scan read by OCR) name no veteran-named account. The county has no veterans service office among its departments; the jail's resident programs, the Mountain View Community nursing home and the Sheriff's Office publish no veteran content; and the words "treatment court", "veterans court" or "veterans track" appear nowhere on the site or in the board records. Where a veteran turns instead. The State entries carry every benefit that applies in Carroll County: the RSA 72 town-administered credits, the RSA 110-B:86 free certified records rule and the Division of Veterans Services. The state judiciary's locations table seats Carroll's mental-health court and drug treatment court at the Ossipee courthouse (96 Water Village Road) and leaves Carroll's veterans-track cell blank. The Register of Deeds (Karen I. Rines, with deputy Pamela C. Berlind, 95 Water Village Road, Ossipee, 603-539-4872, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) publishes no DD-214 line, so no recording entry is written.
