Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

Pennsylvania's veterans treatment courts are problem-solving courts of the county's judicial district; the Pennsylvania entry explains them. Cambria County's veterans court file page lists "Veterans Court Requirements", "Peer Mentor Training", "Veterans Court Referral Form" and the "CambriaCo Veterans Court Participant Manual". What is not readable. The county's site refuses automated fetches and the archived copies of those files are empty, so the eligibility terms are not quoted here. A referral comes through defence counsel, the District Attorney or probation, and the Veterans' Services Office answers questions.
