Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Council's own record. The County Council's minutes of May 12, 2026 carry the ARPA projects table: "Dan Gyllenskog Veterans Resource Center - Finance - $160,000.00 / $149,796.81 / $10,203.19 - 23-322 - $10,203.19" (the contract number, the amount spent and the balance), and the Q1 budget amendment adopted April 14, 2026 keeps the line: "485-4965-620 ARPA - Dan Gyllenskog Veterans Resource Center". The Center is the Logan drop-in resource centre for veterans named for Dan Gyllenskog, the county's longtime veterans service officer; the county's funding of it is the Council's own veteran item, not a county office. What the Center is. A community resource center, not a county department: its services and hours are its own, and the catalog carries no entry from them. A veteran looking for claims help in Cache County uses the State's routes (see the Utah entries); the Center is a place the county has chosen to fund.
