Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

Cabell County is the Sixth Judicial Circuit - the judiciary's county page says so directly - and its treatment court carries a veterans track. The judiciary's FY 2026 adult drug court map, revised April 15, 2026, lists "Cabell Co. ADC (6th) (VTC Track)" among the eleven drug courts statewide with a veterans treatment court track, with Matt Meadows and Faren Block as probation officers and "C-Gregory Howard" - Circuit Judge Gregory L. Howard, one of the Sixth Circuit's four judges - as the judge. A veteran facing charges in Cabell County asks counsel or the drug court team about the veterans track. The track is part of the county's adult drug court, so eligibility is court-decided under the state's adult treatment court framework - a minimum program length of one year by statute - and there is no right to participate. The judiciary publishes no separate criteria for the track.
