Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The State's list. Tennessee has no veterans treatment court statute; the district courts run them under the drug court and diversion framework, and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services' treatment court contacts page lists, for Bradley County: "Bradley - 10th Judicial District Recovery Court - Amanda Kozak - Cleveland - 423-506-1523" and "Bradley - 10th Judicial District Veterans Treatment Court - Amanda Kozak - Cleveland - 423-339-0480 - [email protected]", the coordinator's address being the county's own domain. The county's site publishes no page of its own for the court, and the County Commission's year carries no item on it, so the State's list is the entry's account. Eligibility and process are not published in any source read; the coordinator and the defence bar are the routes.
