Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

What was searched. The county's site (belknapcounty.gov) was crawled from its 156-URL sitemap; the site search and the Document Center were queried for veteran, military, DD-214 and discharge; every department page - Sheriff, County Attorney, Belknap County Supervision Program, Nursing Home, Commissioners - was read; and the 2025 Annual Report, the 2026 budget presentation and the January 2026 expense report were text-read. Nothing veteran-specific exists anywhere on them. What was read. The Board of Commissioners' minutes and agendas from October 2025 to October 2026 (27 sets of minutes and 35 agendas, including delegation and Executive Committee records) were text-read: zero veteran items. The closest record is the delegation's memorial remarks for its late chair, Harry Bean, in May 2026, which are not veterans content. The board is Peter Spanos (Chair), Glen Waring (Vice Chair) and Stephen Hodges, 34 County Drive, Laconia, (603) 527-5400. Where a veteran turns instead. The State entries carry every benefit that applies in Belknap County: the RSA 72 town-administered credits, the RSA 110-B:86 free certified records rule, and the Division of Veterans Services. The county has no parks department and runs no veterans treatment docket - the state judiciary's locations table leaves Belknap's veterans-track cell blank. The Register of Deeds (Laura T Lapointe, 64 Court Street, Laconia, (603) 527-5420, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) publishes no DD-214 line, so no recording entry is written.
