The Commissioners meet on the second Tuesday of the month; the minutes carry Chairman (Commissioner) names with Baughman and Winck moving and seconding through the window, and the Salary Board sets the county's wages. The three 2026 Salary Board minutes of July 14, August 11 and September 15, 2026 are posted but the county's CMS serves 404 on them, so Francis's wage is not in any record read. No veteran benefit was adopted, narrowed or repealed.
