Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The jury. Ten jurors: Luke Dickerson (District 1), Jeffery Meadows (2), Shanel Handy (3A), Eddie Ware Vice-President (3B), Beth Montgomery (3C), Mike Harper President (3D), Jerry Shirley (3E), O.B. Morgan (4A), Doug Hillebrandt (4B) and Kelly Bailey (5). The Police Jury Administration Building is at 201 W. 2nd Street, DeRidder, LA 70634 (337-463-7019). "Agenda Meetings: 1st Tuesday of each month at 5 pm; Regular Monthly Meetings: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6 pm; Committee Meetings: 1st & 2nd Tuesday of each month." The committees. The jury committees (2024 list, 2025 chairs) are Finance, Personnel, Road and Bridge, Ways and Means, Policy Steering, Jail Advisory and Hiring - no standing Veterans Affairs committee, so the parish's veteran items ride where they land. The veteran building. The jury's Cooperative Endeavor Agreement puts the LDVA's parish veterans service office in the parish's War Memorial Civic Center - the 1941 DeRidder USO building (see the office's entry). The record. The jury's beauparish.org site (an openElement build) did not answer at the round's read - the connection timed out to curl and to a browser alike - so its pages were read through the Internet Archive's capture of October 2, 2026 (the jurors, the administration and the meeting times) and the new site's WordPress mirror (pcox1upgy3.wpdns.site, the committees). The jury's Public Documents page lists its window agendas on the 4D document system (forty files from June 2025 through October 2025 visible at the capture), and they were not retrievable: the archive's replay of the document handler returned no documents, and the Internet Archive itself went temporarily offline later in the round. No veteran line is therefore claimed from the jury's 2025-2026 agendas; the record here is the jury's composition, its meeting cadence, its committee list and the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement itself.
