Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Administrative Office of Courts' map of veterans courts, revised in January 2026, shades Autauga County among the 28 active veterans courts, with Elmore and Chilton, the other counties of the 19th Judicial Circuit. What is not published. The map names no judge, coordinator, eligibility or process, and the circuit's Autauga site (autauga.alacourt.gov), read whole, names no veterans court or other accountability court. The Autauga Circuit Clerk's office (Circuit Clerk Debra Hill) is at the Autauga County Courthouse, 134 North Court Street, Prattville; 334-358-6800, 7:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. A veteran facing charges should ask a defence lawyer to raise the court early; the Veterans Service Office (334-358-6746) can also ask the court for its coordinator.
