Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission sells three lifetime licences to military retirees. The Resident Military Retiree Lifetime Fishing License (MRF) is $10.50, the Lifetime Hunting License (MRH) with Resident Sportsman's privileges is $25, and the Lifetime Combination License (MRC) is $35.50. Lifetime waterfowl ($7) and trout ($10) permits can be added to the combination. Who qualifies. The Commission requires that retirees "be 60 years of age or older and provide proof of military retirement (Military ID Card)", and one year of Arkansas residence. A Guard or reserve retiree who has reached 60 and holds a retiree ID qualifies on the same terms. The prices match the Commission's three-year disability licences, but these last for life, and unlike the general lifetime licences they can be bought at any regional office as well as by mail. Arkansas residents on active duty buy ordinary licences at resident prices wherever they are stationed, and nonresident members stationed in Arkansas pay resident prices too; ask the Commission's licensing line, 833-345-0325, for the proof it wants.
